For example I didn’t know Kremer’s and Bashmet’s versions (The russian way to Mozart) and they are fantastic! I allow myself to suggest to you to listen to Sandor Vegh/Camerata Academica Salzburg version on Capriccio. As you know Vegh was a great mozartian director and here he shows it very well. One of my favorite version.
Thank you Luca! I listened to the Sandor Vegh on Capriccio, but I can’t remember my exact thoughts on it. Vegh is always a good bet for Mozart, some of my earliest CDs were the Mozart concertos with Andras Schiff and Vegh on Decca. Thank you for your recommendation, I will go back and listen to it again.
