I try to be comprehensive in my reviews, so I went back to my notes for the Enigma Variations and I had it listed the Jochum recording but for some reason I didn't have any notes on it. Anyway, it's a terrific recording. I listened to it twice last night, and really enjoyed it. At some point I will add that to the Enigma post. The Nimrod is slower than usual, and at first I thought perhaps too slow. But upon further listening to it again, I really like it and it builds nicely. The other variations are excellent. Anyway, great recommendation. Thank you again!
